Production Time
- Apparel:Our apparel products require time for production. 100% of our garments are personalized for customers and are only made when an order is placed. Please keep this in mind. It is nearly impossible to find our products in traditional retail stores.
- T-shirts And Other USA Products: 1-3 Business Days
- Apparel products from China: Production time is 1-3 business days for printed products, and 3-5 business days for handmade products.
Handling Time
- 1-2 Business Days
- When a customer successfully places an order, our system requires time to: verify payment information to prevent fraud; and confirm the customer's shipping address. After successful verification and no refund request within the first 24 hours, we will proceed with placing the production order.
- This process typically takes 1-2 business days, usually 1 business day. However, if there are issues related to verifying payment information or the shipping address and we do not receive an immediate response from the customer, this process may take longer and affect the overall delivery time.
Cancelation
- Customers can cancel their order within the first 24 hours without any fees. Please contact us via email at [email protected], and we will refund the payment made to us.
- After 24 hours, if a customer requests to cancel and the order has already gone into production, it cannot be canceled. We will only be able to stop the shipment and refund the shipping fee to the customer. If the order has not yet been produced, we will notify the customer and refund the full payment.
- We will automatically cancel and refund any orders showing signs of fraud.
- We will also cancel and refund any orders with unverifiable shipping addresses after 96 hours.

- In the case of an order with multiple different products, the customer's order will be shipped as separate packages to ensure timely delivery for each item...

SHIPPING MULTIPLE ORDERS
Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.
